20-40-45 Foot Extendable City Chassis

The most versatile 20ft plus combination chassis. Main frame retracts/extends to three different positions for the stevedoring and transportation of one 20ft, or one 40ft, or one 45ft standard or high cube ISO container. All sizes slide flush to the rear for loading/unloading. Positions achieved via telescopic action of main frame behind landing gear and locking pins ensure positive engagement. Overall lengths are: 29 foot 7 inches, 40 foot 6 inches, and 45ft 6 inches respectively.

Chassis is designed and built according to Association of American Railroads (AAR), Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), International Standards Organization (ISO), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Department of Transportation (DOT), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and Truck Trailer Manufacturers Association (TTMA) standards.

Some of the standard components include 11R22.5 radial tires on 10-hole disc wheels, spring suspension, antilock braking system (ABS), and two-speed landing legs.

Chassis can be stacked up to 3 high for power only transport.
