40 Foot Bombcart / Port Trailer
Heavy Duty cornerless chassis designed for transport around terminal of one 20’, twin 20’s, and one 40’ container. Retractable spacers keep the separation between the twin 20’s when loaded onto chassis. Long tapered side guides help crane operator position containers accurately while the corner-less style simplifies the task.
Bomb cart chassis is designed and built according to Association of American Railroads (AAR), Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), International Standards Organization (ISO), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Department of Transportation (DOT), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and Truck Trailer Manufacturers Association (TTMA) standards.
Single point suspension, 11R22.5 on 10-hole hub piloted disc wheels, non-ABS, retractable spacers, and fixed length landing legs are all standard. Options include four point suspension, solid rubber tires, and pneumatically activated spacers.
